Videocon launches VT75C voice calling tablet




Hello Readers, Videocon the electronic goods manufacturers have launched a 7 inches tablet in the Indian market. Nowadays there is a great competition among all the brands in launching new smart phones and devices. The new device by Videocon is named VT75C and it is available on online retail stores. The tablet is priced at 5,965 INR which is quite affordable by considering it is a voice calling tablet. The device is powered by the latest version of Android. Companies like micromax, lava and karbonn are also focusing on launching budget smart phones and tablets.  Now let us review the specifications of this newly launched tablet.

  • Talking about the operating system, the tablet runs on Jelly Bean v4.1 latest version of Android.
  • With 7 inches the device gives a large display for a better user experience supporting resolutions of 480x800 pixels.
  • The device comes with a 512MB RAM and 4GB internal storage capacity which can be expanded up to 32GB with the help of a micro SD card.
  • This tablet is powered by a single core processor which is clocked at 1GHz.
  • Talking about the cameras; the device comes with a 2 Mega pixels rear camera for video recording & image capture and a 0.3 Mega pixels front facing camera.
  • The device supports a single SIM card for voice calling (supports 2G network only).
  • The tablet supports internet connectivity via SIM card (only 2G networks), 3G networks with USB Dongle and WIFI. Other connectivity means are Bluetooth and micro USB.
  • The device comes with a lot of pre-loaded apps like Facebook, Skype, Youtube and G-talk etc.

With all these features bundled in one, this device looks really good and could give stiff competition to the tablets launched by Micromax, Zync and Lava. Being a voice calling tablet it gives users an additional feature to consider buying this device.
