HTC desire L smartphone with dual core processor

The handset is priced around $366 in the Taiwanese market but there is no word about the world wide launch of this Smartphone. This handset houses a Super LCD and a dual core processor, so it will be good in terms of graphics and performance. Though there is still suspense on the Android version of the handset, speculations are on ICS or Jellybeans.
