Blogger is one of the most used free blogging platform around. With its new
features and ease of access it won't be wrong to say it is one of the best free
blogging platform. People always debate for Wordpress and Blogger, but both the
blogging platform is unique in its class. There are many features in blogger
which are not present in the wordpress free blog hosting, for that you either
need to upgrade or move to self hosted wordpress blog. But being a Blogger user
you have many premium features for free.
Now talking about the post schedule feature of blogger, it allows you to write and schedule articles for a future date/time. Sometimes you go on vacations or you don't have time to post articles on your blog. In that case this feature will prove to be great choice for you. You just need to write and schedule the article to the date and time; you want it to be published. Blogger's schedule feature will publish the article at the given date and time. I love this feature of Blogger. Sometimes I don't have time to post articles on Sunday. I schedule an article a day before Sunday using this feature to be published on Sunday at a given time. In this way you can post regular even if you don't have much time. Now let us see the procedure.
Schedule your Post in Blogger Blog:
- First of all, Login in to your Blogger account and move to dashboard.
- Click on Create a new Post.
- Write a Post; add the post title, labels, description and other things.
- Now select the Date and time from the schedule menu under the labels in the right sidebar like this:
- After selecting the date and time, click on publish. Don't worry it will be published on the selected date/time.
- Click on the posts menu to see all posts. It will be showing scheduled in front of the post you just wrote.
Note: Click on publish not save. If you click on save it will be moved to
Drafts.
This feature is
included in Blogger for many years and still many people don't know about it. I

have time to come online and share it on social media like Twitter. Feedburner
will tweet your latest posts on twitter on your behalf.
