How to get backlinks easily

Hello Readers, It’s been over a month that I am writing on this blog. The stats say that I am doing well. So I am sharing my experience about blogging with you. If you are a blogger, I bet you know the importance of backlinks. But the question arises how to get quality backlinks to improve the ranking of your blog/website. My post focuses on the same and provides the ideal answer to this very important question.

What are backlinks?

In general, backlinks are the measure of how many websites and blogs recommend your blog/website. As the name specifies backlinks are the incoming links from other websites/blog to your websites they are very important for SEO as well.

Why backlinks are important?

As I told before it shows the count of incoming links to your website/blog. But the question arises why they are so important? Well if a blog gives you a do-follow link back then it is followed by the crawlers of the Google bot. It means that Google rank those websites and blog high who have higher count of backlinks.

How to get do-follow link backs

There are many ways of getting quality do-follow backlinks, a few of them will be discussed in this post below:

Quality Content: If you are a serious blogger I recommend you to write only quality content. Do not ever copy-paste articles on your blog. It’s not going to help you. If you write good quality and unique content, people will voluntary link back to your articles.

Blog Submission: There are many blog submission directories that allow do-follow link backs. You submit your blog’s feed to them and they ping every time you write a new post on your blog. They give do-follow back links to your articles. Some of the top ranked blog submission directories are: Technorati, Bloggers, Blogcatalog.

Guest Posting: It has been a trend nowadays to write guest post on good blogs to get a backlink from them. Find Good blogs in your niche and submit your articles to them according to their requirements in return of a do-follow back link. Blog commenting: This is the most traditional way of getting back links without even doing much work. You can find good blogs in your niche that allows do-follow links in comments section. But do not ever spam on them, by spamming I mean 1-2 lines comment. It’s not going to help you and you may be penalized by Google for this.

Social Networks: Promote your content on social networks like Facebook and Youtube. They allow do-follow back links as well as you will get good traffic from them. I get a good amount of visitors from facebook and bloggers.

Reciprocal linkbacks: Well I do not recommend you to do this, but some times it is good to do reciprocal back linking. This means backlink in exchange of a backlink. If both the blogs/websites are in same niche then it is fine to do exchange back links, but mind you if you write for tech updates and you exchange back links with a cooking website, it’s not going to do trick for you.

I guess this is it, at the end of the post I would like to point out the most important thing that you should always remember Quality Content is the key to success. You should make easy for others to link back to your article by putting a Link Back to Me widget at the end of your post.
